Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Gabriel Marchesan Almeida, Wiener Str. 37, 76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Email: contact@snapask.app) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email).
• You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.
• To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Special Notice for Digital Services

For digital services: By placing your order, you consent to us beginning the performance of the contract before the withdrawal period has expired. You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed. If the contract has not been fully performed, you may still withdraw, but you acknowledge that you will be required to pay proportional compensation for the services already received up to the point of withdrawal.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. For services already rendered, we may retain a proportional amount corresponding to the services provided up to the time you informed us of your withdrawal.
