By creating an account or using Snap Ask, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our service.

Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Snap Ask to:

• Conduct any illegal activity or solicit illegal actions
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person or group
• Send unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or spam
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity

Survey Content

You retain ownership of the surveys you create and the responses you collect. You are solely responsible for the content of your surveys. We reserve the right to remove surveys that violate these terms or applicable law.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are governed by our Right of Withdrawal policy (Widerrufsbelehrung). For details, please see our withdrawal policy page.

Downgrade & Cancellation

If your subscription is downgraded or canceled, your existing surveys remain accessible. You may continue to collect responses within Free plan limits. New surveys beyond the Free plan limit cannot be created until you upgrade.

Service Limits

Each plan has specific limits on the number of surveys, responses, and features available. Exceeding your plan's limits may result in service restrictions. We reserve the right to modify plan limits with reasonable notice.

Intellectual Property

Snap Ask and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Snap Ask and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Our AI-generated survey suggestions are provided as tools and you own the final content you publish.

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. AI-generated content may not always be perfectly accurate or suitable for your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snap Ask shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by email or through the service. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the consumer's country of residence shall apply where more favorable. The statutory provisions regarding court jurisdiction remain unaffected.
